that you need to know for Maine Quilts 2022 Quilt Registration: Did you know that there is NO fee to enter a quilt in Maine Quilts? Only quilts entered in the Judged Quilts category are charged a fee. Entrants may submit up to 4 quilts. The sooner you enter your quilt, the lower your number will be for quilt pickup!  You are not required to be a PTQG member to enter quilts in the show (but new members are always welcome!). Quilt Registration Opens Today, February 1!  Maine Quilts provides members of PTQG and other quiltmakers the opportunity to share their work with those who appreciate this wonderful art form. Maine Quilts 2022 Friday Night Banquet: An Evening with Edyta Sitar Edyta Sitar of Laundry Basket Quilts will be the keynote speaker at Friday night’s banquet! I’m sure that many of you are already working on, or have completed, quilts to enter in Maine Quilts 2022. It is critical that quilters get permission from the designer for all quilts (that are not original or in the public domain) entered into the show. Usually this is a very simple process. This Blanket Permission List will make it even easier for you to enter your quilts. All “blanket permissions” require that proper pattern, book, publisher, and/or designer credit be given.
