Volunteer! Volunteer! Volunteer! We need YOUR HELP as a Volunteer to make Maine

Quilts 2026 a success. Signing up as a Volunteer brings perks, free admission for the day you volunteer, two fat quarters per 2-hour shift and also includes being entered in the drawing for the BERNINA 325 sewing machine, MSRP $1,499.00! Big thanks to The Cotton Cupboard Quilt Shop in Bangor for this generous donation exclusively for volunteers. There are 2 volunteer forms on is on the website under the Volunteers tab, choose which way to sign up by following the directions on the forms. Please also consider volunteering for Wednesday, July 22nd Set up and Saturday, July 25th for Take down.

Volunteer Opportunity – Looking for a volunteer who would be willing to just drive the U-Haul Truck, Monday, July 20, Tuesday, July 21, and Saturday, July 25, 2026. Please contact Coordinator at info@Mainequilts.org.

Silent Auction Items: If you’d like to bring your Silent Auction items to the April Members’ meeting, Carol Reed and Lee Priest will be there to collect it from you. There is a donation form on the website under the Activities tab.

Raffle Alley: If your chapter would like a table on Raffle Alley, you must apply before May 15th. Applications and guidelines are on the website under the Activities tab.

Workshop Monitor: Please contact Gail Robertshaw at gailrob2014@yahoo.comto sign up to monitor a workshop – hurry! Slots are filling fast!
