An update!

Workshops – We have 9 full workshops and 3 with 1 more space and 3 more with 2 to be full! If you have an interest in one signup now!

Children’s Workshops – Right now we have one and three students in our Children’s workshops on Saturday. Please register your child or grandchild to make a fish shaped laundry bag or a Christmas stocking. They will have fun with a good teacher!

Friday Night Dinner and “Hawaiian Quilting – Its History, Traditions and Superstitions”lecture with Nancy Chong. This is a beautiful and fun lecture and trunk show! Dinner will be Hawaiian themed! Come join us for fun evening!

Volunteers This is a grand list of what we need to have a successful show. Contact Susan Bulay, Volunteer Chair,

a. Tuesday morning –meet at the Storage Unit to load and unload U-haul there and back at the Civic Center

b. Wednesday night – White Glove, Quilters Walk

c. Thursday –Handwork Demo 3-5, Merchandise 1-3, 3-5, Raffle Quilt 11-1, 1-3, Raffle Sewing Machine 11-1, 1-3, Vendor assistant all shifts, Volunteer table all shifts, White Glove all shifts, Quilters Walk 11-1, 1-3, Show Information Table 9-11, 11-1, 1-3.

d. Friday –Merchandise 1-3, 3-5, Show information table 1-3, Vendor assistant 11-1, White Glove – all shifts, Workshop Registration table 7:30 – 10, Quilters Walk 11-1, 1-3, Raffle Quilt – 1-3, Raffle Sewing Machine -9-11, 11-1, 1-3.

e. Saturday – Admission table 10:30 -12:30, 12:30 – 3, Handwork Demo 1-3, 3-5, Merchandise 8:30 -11, 11-1, Show information table 11-1, Quilters Walk 9-11,11-1,1-3, Volunteer table all shifts, White Glove – all shifts, Raffle table 911, 11-1, Raffle sewing machine 9-11,11-1.

Show Takedown including quilt take down and loading and unloading the U-Haul.

As you can see we need you and many of you! Find a shift or two and sign up! It may be your first time to volunteer but it won’t be your last as you are hooked on the helping the show!
