The April Members’ Meeting will be held at Hope Church, 726 Western Avenue, Manchester, Maine, beginning at 10 a.m. with the business meeting, show and tell, and lunch, followed by the speaker, Wendy Caton Reed. Wendy Caton Reed will present a trunk show that involves a short bit of quilt history. She will follow with a spectacular showing of historic quilts that will show how techniques and fabrics have changed over time. You won’t want to miss this informative talk! |

Hop into Spring Speaker: Jan Frost, an avid quilter who owned Stitches Quilt Shop in Newport and now manages Yardgoods in Waterville. She will have a trunk show and talk about the Sew Wonderful Quick Curve ruler. Rulers and books for sale. Bring: 1 or 2 non-perishables for Waterville Food Bank, unfinished 12 1/2" rabbit block for a block drawing, Show and Tell. Food -Appetizers and deserts, coffee, tea, water. Donation of $5 to go to the cost of the event.
