134th PTQG Members’ Meeting

The business meeting will begin at 10:00, followed by show and tell and lunch. We will be voting on new Board members for the 2022-2023 year! After lunch Lynn Wheatley from Vermont will be the featured speaker. Lynn’s lecture is titled “Rocket Scientist to Rotary Cutter and Beyond.” This is the story of her quilting journey.

Special Events at September Members’ Meeting!

1. Redwork Display! We Love Redwork! You know, all the outline designs of very small stitches done in red embroidery floss. I bet if you don’t have one that you use every day, you have something special hidden away. Let’s bring them out into the light for the September Members’ Meeting. Bring your favorite redwork quilt, table runner, or other item and share its story with the rest of us. Perhaps we will even have designs to share? See you then.
2. “Don’t Forget the Bobber!” Everyone having fun making their fish blocks and quilt tops for our Special Event project quilt? Let’s show and tell at the next Members’ Meeting on September 10. Can’t wait to see what your fish looks like!
