An update!
We have done it Big! Big! Big! This year’s show will feature over 790 quilts and banners! Wow!
Workshops – We have 12 full workshops and 5 with 1 more to be full! If you have an interest in one signup now!
Children’s Workshops – Right now we have one and three students in our Children’s workshops on Saturday. Please register your child or grandchild to make a hanging organizer or a mug rug. They will have fun with a good teacher!
Friday Night Dinner and “Making Award Winning Quilts. Secrets for Success” lecture with Philippa Naylor from England. This is an insightful and fun lecture! Dinner will be three entrée buffet with anniversary cake! Come join us for fun evening!

a. Tuesday morning –meet at the Storage Unit to load and unload U-haul there and back at the Civic Center
b. Wednesday night –Merchandise, White Glove, Quilters Walk, Volunteer Table
c. Thursday – Admissions table-afternoon, Handwork Demo 9-11am, Merchandise all day, Raffle Quilt – 11-1, 1-3, Raffle Sewing Machine 11-1, 1-3, Vendor assistant all shifts, Volunteer table afternoons, White Glove all shifts, Workshop Registration table 10 – 12:30, 12:30 – 2:30.
d. Friday – Admissions table 12:30 – 3, Handwork demo 9 -11, 1-3, Merchandise all shifts, Show information table 1-3, Vendor assistant afternoon shifts, Volunteer table 7:30 – 10, 2:30 – 5pm, White Glove – all shifts, Workshop Registration table 7:30 – 10,10 -12:30, 12:30 – 2.
e. Saturday – Admission table afternoon, Handwork Demo 9-11, 1-3, Merchandise all shifts, Show information table all shifts, Silent Auction 9-11, 11-1, Volunteer table afternoon, White Glove – all shifts, Show Takedown including quilt take down and loading and unloading the U-Haul.
As you can see we need you and many of you! Find a shift or two and sign up! It may be your first time to volunteer but it won’t be your last as you are hooked on the helping the show!
