~ Note from the President ~
I hope everyone attended Maine Quilts and enjoyed the colors and techniques of all the quilts including our theme challenge “All Points Lead to Maine”. Wonderful turnout from all our quilters! Shopping was great! I hope you enjoyed your workshops, lectures and demos! Sarah Ann Smith gave us a winning keynote speech at the Thursday night banquet.
I saw the smiles, friendly faces, happy souls and loved every minute of it for you. Thank you from my Pine Tree Quilters Guild heart for your attendance and participation. Please say thank you to Barbara Duffy, show coordinator and all the chairs and volunteers that worked so hard to get us here. They are very much appreciated! Please come join us in our many volunteer positions next year. It is very rewarding.
