RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION of RISK and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the workshops and events of Maine Quilts 2024, I hereby agree to waive, discharge from claims, release and indemnify Pine Tree Quilters, Inc., Maine Quilts and their volunteers and contractors from any and all liability on account of personal injury, theft, loss or other damage to the attendee or attendee’s property, to the maximum extent permitted by law, whether due to negligence, strict liability or other cause. I have read and I understand this waiver and I agree to voluntarily assume all risks of the workshop attendee(s)’ participation in any of the workshops and events.
