Heidi will have some of her fabrics and kits available for sale. Please bring a 10 ½” unfinished, untrimmed log cabin block using layout below. All blocks start with a red center. Our speaker for the evening will be Susan Rooney, from Fairport, NY, who designs fabrics and patterns. I believe she may have patterns and products available after the presentation.     The guest speaker will be Patty Sawyer from Sew-Clusion Retreats in Sebago, ME. She will be showing her collection of antique quilts and feed sacks. She invites you to bring along your antique quilts/feedsacks to share with the group. Bring along your lunch and beverages and dessert will be served. The quilt block for the block raffle will be Woven Ribbons by Quilters Cache. Please use unbleached muslin for the four corners and FALL colored fabrics for the ribbons.     We are asking attendees to bring a 9 1/2" unfinished star block in Fall colors (star block of their choice). They will be part of the door prizes.     Calling All PTQG Members! All blocks will be made for the Quilts of Valor Foundation It is my wish that every PTQG member will make at least ONE quilt block to go towards a quilt of comfort for those who fought for our freedom. How do you play? It’s so simple! 1. You can enter either as a chapter or as an individual. 2. We are looking for 12 ½” unfinished quilt blocks made with ¼” seam allowance.
