    Tacoma Lakes Quilters is having a Quilters' & Crafters' Yard Sale on Saturday, September 17th at the Morning Star Lodge, 2422 Hallowell Rd, Litchfield from 9-3 - all inside -rain or shine. 15 tables, lots of items including fabric, notions, books, patterns, yarn, and other craft supplies.     The January Members’ Meeting will be held at Hope Church, 728 Western Avenue, Manchester, Maine, beginning at 10 a.m. with the business meeting, show and tell, and lunch, followed by the speaker, Brooke Biette of Dust and Waves Textiles. Brooke is a Maine native who moved west, landing in Arizona for a few years, and is now back in Maine. She has 30 years of quilting experience and 5 years of self-taught ice and snow dyeing of fabric. Brooke will talk a bit about her dyeing process, how and why she got started, how she mixes dyed fabrics with contemporary and vintage fabrics in her
