CHILDRENS CLASS – FUN WITH FAT QUARTERS
As a lifetime sewist and quilter of over 20 years, Cathy brings many tricks and tips to her teaching style to suit every student’s needs. She has raised three girls while supporting classroom teachers in all levels of schooling, leading Girl Scouts and teaching After-School children’s programs. She has a great sense of patience with students and a strong understanding of different learning styles. Her education experience also includes Featherweight Sewing Machine Maintenance and various adult quilting classes taught through Quilters Common in Wakefield MA. Although the shop has closed, she continues to educate and nurture the love of sewing/quilting in various groups and private children’s classes.
