Workshop and Event Registration opens for Pine Tree Quilters Guild, Inc., members at 9 a.m. on March 15.
Workshop and Event Registration opens for non-members at 9 a.m. on April 16.

Workshop Registration Fee: The non-refundable $30 registration fee is required when registering for any workshop. It includes three-day show admission, a tote bag and admission to the Opening Night Preview. The Workshop Registration fee is not required if you wish to purchase tickets for events only. The Workshop Registration fee is not required for Children’s Workshops.

Your workshop registration is not complete until your Workshop Registration Fee is paid.

If you are registering for a workshop and paying the Workshop Registration Fee, you do not need to sign up for Advance Admission. Advance Admission includes the same items (three-day show admission, a tote bag and admission to Opening Night Preview).

Registration Begins:
• Online registration opens at 9 a.m. March 15, 2024, for PTQG members – if you are not a member you may join PTQG as a floater – click Membership to pay your dues and become a member!
• Online registration opens 9 a.m. April 16, 2024, for non-members.
• All registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis

Event Fees:
Noon Lectures: $10
Thursday Night Banquet: $35. Thursday Night Banquet registrations must be made by July 15, 2024. Banquet registrations received after July 15, 2024, will not be accepted.

Registration Confirmations will be sent by email. 

Name badges and tickets that provide access to show, workshops and events must be picked up at the Workshop Registration Table upon arrival at the show. Enter through left Main Door to Civic Center.

Children’s Workshop Registration:
Every Children’s Workshop registration must be completed independently of any other workshop registration. Combining adult and children workshop registrations in one transaction is not possible.

Beware of double-booking:
Be sure you don’t double-book yourself for workshops! The workshop registration system will not alert you if you sign up for two workshops that will be held at the same time. Be sure to keep track of your workshop schedule as you complete the registration process.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a class, email the Workshop Registrar at workshopandevents@mainequilts.org

Requests received by June 10, 2024, will receive a refund less the non-refundable Workshop Registration fee of $30. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after June 10, 2024.

Maine Quilts reserves the right to cancel any workshop with insufficient enrollment as of June 10, 2024. We will notify anyone who has registered for a workshop that is cancelled and will refund the workshop fees. Please do not purchase supplies until after June 10, 2024.
