- Workshop and Event Registrations will be online only for Maine Quilts 2025.
- All registrations must include full payment, including the registration fee if required.
- Your registration and attendance confirm your agreement to the terms of the Release of Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.
Registration Fee: The non-refundable $30 registration fee is required when registering for any workshop. It includes three-day show admission, admission to Opening Night Preview along with a tote bag and show pin if purchased by July 1, 2025. Workshops purchased after that date will not receive a tote bag or show pin. This fee is not required if you wish to purchase tickets for events only. This fee is not required for Children’s Workshops.
If you are registering for a workshop and paying the Workshop Registration Fee, you do not need to sign up for Advance Admission. Advance Admission includes the same items (tote bag, three day show admission, admission to Opening Night Preview).
Registration Begins:
• Online registration opens at 8 am on March 15, 2025 for PTQG members – if you are not a member you may join PTQG as a floater – click Membership to pay your dues and become a member!
• Online registration opens at 8 am on April 16, 2025 for non-members.
• All registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis
Noon Lectures: $10
Thursday Night Banquet: $35 – Banquet Reservations must be made by July 15. Banquet reservations received after July 15 will not be accepted.
Registration Confirmations will be sent by email.
Name badges that provide access to show, workshops and events must be picked up at the Workshop Registration Table upon arrival at the show. Enter through left Main Door to Civic Center.
Children’s Workshop Registration:
Every Children’s Workshop registration must be completed independently of any other workshop registration. Combining adult and children workshop registrations in one transaction is not possible.
Beware of double-booking:
Be sure you don’t double-book yourself for workshops! The workshop registration system will not alert you if you sign up for two workshops that will be held at the same time. Be sure to keep track of your workshop schedule as you complete the registration process.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a class, email the Workshop Registrar at workshopandevents@mainequilts.org
Requests received by June 9, 2025, will receive a refund less the non-refundable workshop registration fee of $30. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after June 9, 2025.
Maine Quilts reserves the right to cancel any workshop with insufficient enrollment as of June 9, 2025. We will notify anyone who has registered for a workshop that is cancelled and will refund the workshop fees. Please do not purchase supplies until after June 9th.
