Hand Delivery
If you have a quilt that requires special handling, please contact the Quilt Registrar at quiltsreg@mainequilts.org before entering your quilt.
- Remove any tags or labels from other shows you may have entered.
- Minimum 4” sleeve required except on items 15” x 15” or smaller. Sleeve must be no more than 88” from bottom.
- Place each quilt in a separate flat cloth bag or pillowcase large enough to easily accommodate the quilt, marked with your name, address, and phone number. Plastic bags will not be accepted.
- Entries must be delivered ONLY on Saturday, July 22 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to the location checked on your entry form.

Shipping Quilts
- Remove any tags or labels from other shows you may have entered.

- Place each quilt in a separate flat cloth bag or pillowcase large enough to easily accommodate the quilt; mark the bag with your name, address, and phone number.
- Please include the following, placed in an envelope on top of your quilt(s), outside of the cloth bag(s):
- Return address label and return postage(no cash; checks or money orders payable to Pine Tree Quilters Guild or PTQG)
OR - A note indicating you will pick quilt up at close of show. If shipped quilt(s) will be picked up at close of show by you or someone you designate, receipt(s) must be obtained from the quilt show office staff in the Franklin Room at the show on Saturday, or enclose a SASE so receipt(s) can be mailed.
- a stamped, self-addressed postcard to receive confirmation that your quilt arrived If you don’t have e-mail.
- Return address label and return postage(no cash; checks or money orders payable to Pine Tree Quilters Guild or PTQG)
- Place cloth bag(s) with quilt(s) and return shipping materials inside a plastic bag labeled with your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.
- Seal your quilt(s) well in a sturdy box. The same box will be used to return your quilt(s).
- Ship quilts to Mary Reynolds, 161 Mt. Ephraim Rd., Searsport, ME 04974 to arrive between July 8 and 18. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the entrant.
- Shipped quilts will be sent back to you within one week of the close of the show. If you need your quilt returned more quickly or to a different location, it is your responsibility to inform Mary Reynolds.
