She shares traditional and innovative designs and cutting techniques. Plus, she shows you how to do her technique of putting the mosaic design together without the need for a light box, stencils, or fabric marking tools. The poinsettia mosaic design is built from a pre-cut kit so very little supplies are needed. Then, it’s your turn at home to layer your quilt, do some simple free-motion quilting, attach a gorgeous accent binding, and add just a sprinkling of fairy dust glitter.

Heidi Proffetty
Heidi Proffetty is a mosaic art quilter, a national quilting and sewing educator and Janome Sewing Machines content provider. She is noted for her distinctive mosaic quilting style, which she creates using her own digital cutter process. Her quilting and other sewing techniques have been featured in AQ Magazine, Quilting Arts Magazine, and Patchwork Professional, as well as on Quilting Art TV and The Quilt Show.
