Due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices Maine Quilts disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any format by other attendees of the show.

Maine Quilts also uses social media (Facebook but not exclusively Facebook) to post real-time photos and videos to social media feeds. Attendees may post content to their own social media content provided it does not infringe on copyrighted Maine Quilts or vendors’ contents. Communication and actions taken through social media platforms that Maine Quilts and Pine Tree Quilters Guild participate on are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies held with each social media platform, respectively. 

Event attendees are advised to use social media wisely and engage with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. This website will never ask for personal or sensitive information through a social media platform. If users wish to discuss sensitive information, they should contact us through the contact information provided.

We use the order information that we collect to generally fulfill any orders placed (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with a confirmation and invoice(s). Additionally, we may use the information to:
