Won’t you donate two or more volunteer hours to Maine Quilts 2025? Volunteers are needed for a variety of duties during show hours. We also need volunteers to help with show set up on Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23 and especially show take down on Saturday, July 26. All volunteers receive free admission to the show for the day they volunteer. Those who volunteer on Quilt Delivery Day, Tuesday or Wednesday set-up days, will have their names on a list for free one-day admission on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Everyone who signs up by July 1 AND works every shift they signed up for will have their name entered for every shift in a special drawing for a Bernina B435 sewing machine, MSRP $2399. Thank you to The Cotton Cupboard Quilt Shop for donating the sewing machine. Plus, for each two-hour shift you volunteer you will receive one ticket for the daily drawing for other prizes.
Please sign up early.
There are two ways to sign up! Under the sub-tab “Mail-in Only” there is a form you can fill out, download, print off and mail to the address on the form; under the sub-tab “Online Only” there is a form you can fill out and submit online directly to the volunteer chair. Either way is acceptable, AND PLEASE, only submit 1 form – not both!
