Pine Tree Quilters Guild was founded in 1979. There are 1800 members in 67 chapters located from the mountains to the sea and northern Maine to Kittery at the southern point. Pine Tree Quilters Guild presents Maine Quilts annually during the last weekend of July. We are a guild passionate about everything quilting who share and learn more about our art.

Wednesday, July 23, 7pm -9pm -Merchant’s Mall will be open, as well as Quilter’s Walk and the Merchandise tables. $10 at the door.
Maine Quilts Merchandise — Large selection of wearable items for purchase.
Quilter’s Walk — Raffle of oodles of baskets filled with goodies.
Thursday Night Banquet — Key Note Speaker is Diane Harris, Scrap Bandit.
Children’s Workshop will be offered again, this year.

Pine Tree Quilters Guild, Inc. invites you to Maine Quilts 2025! We will bring together over 500 quilts, workshops, events and activities to inspire you whether you’re an experienced quilter, beginner or an admirer of this art form. We hope this show provides quilters the opportunity to learn and grow among friends. We look forward to seeing you July 24-26, 2025 in the air-conditioned Augusta Civic Center, 76 Community Dr., Augusta, Maine.

- One-day: $15
- Multi-day: $30
- Groups of 25 or more: $10/person with advance registration

Crafted in the heart of the Pine Tree State by the Maine Machine Quilters, (a chapter of the Pine Tree Quilt Guild), we are proud to donate the raffle quilt for Maine Quilts 2025. Each block within this project is a testament to our state’s rich heritage and natural beauty. Crafted from an array of colorful fabrics designed by Maine designer, Jackie MacDonald/Sweetfire Road for MODA & purchased from Carpenter Quilts in Damariscotta, the quilt features an intricate log cabin inspired pattern that mirrors the stunning landscapes of the Pine Tree State—from the quiet pinks of sunset to the lush greens of its forests. Stitched with care, the quilt embodies the warmth and resilience of Maine’s communities, often passed down through generations as a cherished family heirloom.
