There are a few opportunities for YOU to become a chairperson for Maine Quilts 2022! Chairpersons play key roles in preparing for and helping at the show.
The following Chair positions are waiting for YOU to volunteer for!
Quilt Layout Chair: Develops the layout of all quilts at the show; oversees the hanging of quilts during show set-up.
Admissions Chair: Works with Volunteer chairperson to recruit volunteers ; makes sure show programs and wristbands are available; works with Treasurer to ensure sufficient funds and collect receipts; sets up a show program recycling box / basket; checks registration badges / wristbands and directs traffic; meets bus groups with wristbands, show programs and any pre-ordered tickets; tallies wristbands each day for number attending show and gives money to Treasurer and information to Coordinator.
