Volunteer Opportunities

A show of this size and complexity would be impossible without the help of PTQG members and others. We need volunteers for various duties during show hours. We also need volunteers to help with show set up on Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24, and especially show take down on Sunday, July 27. Most shifts are for two hours; you may work as many shifts as you wish.Won’t you donate two or more volunteer hours to Maine Quilts 2008?

Everyone who volunteers will be entered in daily drawings for special prizes. One lucky volunteer will be the winner of the grand prize, a new Janome Heart Truth sewing machine donated by The Fabric Garden, Madison.

To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Sign Up form. You can complete the form on-line but must print and mail it to Ann. You will need the free software, Adobe Reader to open the form.
